NAGASAKI SYMPOSIUM 2006
GEMnet2/Fourth AccessNova Forum:
Global Challenges for Next Generation Networks

Invitation to Nagasaki Symposium 2006

By bringing together the bi-annual meeting of GEMnet2 and the Fourth AccessNova Forum, the Nagasaki Symposium 2006 offers a unique opportunity to address and discuss many relevant issues involved as we face “The Global Challenges for Next Generation Networks”. Indeed, we intend to bring together people, from various R&D organizations with a long tradition of international collaboration and friendship, in a special academic and scenic environment, where we can analyze in depth our past activities and discuss in detail our future ones. For this precise reason, this time we have chosen to meet in Nagasaki, Japan, a location whose spirit and history will further strengthen one of the main goals we share: to bridge our remote geographies by creating an advanced high-speed communications link across the Asia-Pacific region.

We hope you can accept our invitation to participate in the Nagasaki Symposium, whose tentative program is enclosed here.
